Beauty and the Beast Stage Weapons
Stage weapons
This project was a commission from the local worthing theatre who wanted a number of props made for a production of Beauty and the Beast.
As part of the list of props that were commissioned, was a selection weapon that a would-be wealed as part of the final of the play.
Theses weapons consisting of Knives Axes and any other tools that would have existed in a medieval town, I helped by painting a number of the Axes and Knives with help from hello students assigned to this project.
The Weapons were painted with a mixture of bright and dull silver acrylic paint then Grathight powder was rubbed onto the surfaces of the weapons
While this part of the project was largely a team contribution I was happy with how I was able to help.
